Precision Homecrafters began in 1997 with an idea: to build beautiful spaces that improve the lives of our clients. Our goal is to make your home more comfortable and that begins with making you comfortable. Our team designs and builds remodeling projects but we are guided by a primary ethic, which is to "always do the right thing" and so honesty and integrity are the foundation of what we do. We stand behind our work, and that is shown by having a significant portion of our business coming from past clients. We know a job is done right only when we can call a client our friend long after the work is complete.
Our process starts by listening to you, then we collaborate to create a design you love, and then we guide the construction process to completion, communicating with you the whole time and treating your home like it was our own. In our first conversation we want to hear from you about the problem you need to solve, the dream you have, or the need your home isn't meeting. Once we have a basic understanding of your ideas, we share our immediate feedback and decide on an in-home visit. Our goal for the visit is to see the actual space, understand how you interact with your home, to provide some design guidance, and to give you an estimation of project budget. After the discussion and site visit, the next step is initiated by you. If you decide you want to move forward with our team, we provide a design agreement that delivers documentation of the existing space, drawings that include a working 3D model, and working alongside our in-house designer to make all your design decisions and selections. When design is complete, we provide a formal proposal that details precisely what the project will involve. We like surprises as little as you do.
We understand that remodeling a home can be stressful. We believe that successful construction on your home isn't only about the way your project looks but is also about how you feel during and after the project is completed. Our project manager directs the materials and work for your job, minimizing the mess, communicating with you daily, and it is their job to coordinate everything in a way that ensures that your house is transformed into the home you envisioned. We have long-standing relationships with our licensed and insured subcontractors and trade partners, and we cannot do what we do without them sharing in our objectives and desire to build beautiful spaces.
