In the design and pre-construction phase, we work as a team with you and our architect to develop the plans and specifications that will allow your vision to become reality. We will provide plans where required and get all of our ideas regarding the project on paper. Together with you, we determine your requirements for the project and develop the plans accordingly. We also compile budgets at this early phase to ensure that the project stays within its overall target budget. Once you have approved the plans we will finalize the budget for your approval and we enter into a construction agreement. Once the construction agreement has been signed we will obtain the necessary permits to begin work. All this adds up to less headaches for you, more control over your project and confidence that the end result is what you want.
We provide on-site management with an assigned project manager for your project. They provide for the mobilization of materials and equipment, monitor the work as it is performed, keep you informed on schedules and what you can expect next. This provides for centralized accountability, yet includes open communication between all parties. Construction meetings allow for resolution of issues as they arise and allow us to discuss your questions or concerns. Our architect remains part of the team until completion. They will routinely inspect the work and will be available to help identify solutions to unexpected or hidden conditions as they come up.
Precision Homecrafters strives for a zero punch list at the end of the project. We need your help on this! As construction approaches project closeout we want your input daily on items that you think need additional attention or may have been overlooked. This allows us to address these items well before the project is completed so we do not have to come back and forth handling small items that could have been handled as we completed the project.
